Our international CataractCoach fans may be surprised to learn that the vast majority of USA cataract surgeons do not know how to perform MSICS. I estimate that less than 10% of USA cataract surgeons (and probably more like 5%) have ever performed a MSICS procedure. This video is my reminder to my fellow American colleagues that you must learn this procedure! It is not difficult to learn and it will certainly come in handy in your own private clinic. And before you think that your clinic does not have patients who would benefit from MSICS, I perform surgery in Beverly Hills, California and I performed two MSICS cases last month.
