We recently featured a case (https://cataractcoach.com/2025/03/05/2494-the-iol-is-stuck-in-the-incision/) where the IOL became stuck in an incision that was too small. In that video, the surgeon pushed the IOL into the eye but with so much force that it broke the posterior capsule.
