2375: synechiae with 360° pupil seclusion

This patient had a history of prior uveitis which is now quiescent. This has left the eye with extensive posterior synechiae and 360° pupil seclusion. Our guest surgeon does a great job of lysing these synechiae and performing the cataract surgery without the use of iris hooks or a pupil expansion ring. Beautiful job with this tough case.
