Our guest surgeon uses the bimanual irrigation/aspiration instruments to perform the capsulorhexis in an intumescent white cataract. The anterior capsule is held by the suction of the aspiration probe while the irrigation probe gives the infusion pressure to stabilize the anterior chamber. Have you tried something like this?
