2626: white cataract with pseudo-exfoliation

Close-up view of a white cataract during surgery, highlighting the importance of a precise capsulorhexis technique. Text overlays provide surgical tips and the name of the operating surgeon.

Today is another video from our Complete Cataract Case series where we show an entire surgery, from start to finish, that is performed by me. If you want to see more unedited cases where I am the surgeon then click this link. Our patient has a white cataract but it is not intumescent and in addition there is pseudo-exfoliation present. This video shows the entire case and I’m sure that you can pick up at least a pearl or two to make sure that your next case goes smoothly. Any helpful comments are welcome below. Thank you!
