Look at this photo and you will see that the posterior capsule is very cloudy. The optic of the IOL is perfectly fine and clear without any haze or opacity. All of this opacification is from the posterior capsule. Should you perform a YAG laser capsulotomy? Or perhaps there is another way to solve this patient’s issue? Please comment below.
