When I receive videos, I click through them quickly to see the case, but I wait until I’m recording my audio so that I can make the commentary while watching the video for the first time. That means that sometimes I get pleasantly surprised like in this case. The patient has successful cataract surgery and GATT (Gonioscopy-Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy) performed but there is also another bonus procedure at the end of the case: a purse-string / cerclage pupilloplasty. Really a beautiful surgery and a great case to watch and learn from.
