2359: chopping in the bag for a soft nucleus

For a soft nucleus, I tend to flip it out of the capsular bag using hydro-dissection as shown in this prior video. But what should you do if the nucleus does not prolapse out of the capsular bag? In this case, the capsulorhexis is about 5.0 mm in diameter, perhaps a touch smaller, and I leave the nucleus in the bag to prevent capsular stress. We can chop even a soft nucleus like this by using the appropriate technique and phaco settings. Details explained in the video.
