There is a critical step after the chop that is absolutely required to facilitate nucleus removal. And this step is often overlooked when learning phaco chop. In this video we show two cases: the first case is without completion of this critical step and the nucleus removal is slow and cumbersome, however the second case is very easy and efficient because extra time was spent on this critical step.
